Priority Inbox on MailMaestro is a feature that lets you tackle your most important emails first. This is in beta, try it out and we will add more to Priority Inbox soon.
Select an email in Outlook and open the MailMaestro add-in. Click the "Prio Inbox" button at the top of the add-in.
If you’re using this for the first time you may need to connect your email account to MailMaestro. In that case a screen will say "Connect your Inbox"
Next select your settings and click the "Find most important emails" button. MailMaestro will then go through the emails that match your settings and list them in priority order, starting with the most important one.
The list shows the sender’s name, subject and a summary of the email.
MailMaestro’s triage will do email for you, a stress free and organised inbox. These tools allow you to prioritise, manage and archive your messages so you can get on with the important stuff. A tidy and manageable inbox will give you clarity and you’ll be more productive. You won’t get overwhelmed by a flood of email and you’ll have peace of mind.
To connect your email account follow these simple steps:
1. Click the "Prio Inbox" button at the top of the add-in.
2. Click "Enable Priority Inbox" when you see the 'Start your day with the most important emails first' screen.
3. If needed MailMaestro will ask you to give it access to your email account. This is done in a new browser window. You can revoke these permissions at any time.
4. Once this is done MailMaestro will show you a success message and ask you to go back to your email account.
5. When you’re back click "Prio Inbox" again. You’re now ready to start working on your most important emails - as described in the "Using Priority Inbox" section of this page.
