The content of the emails drafted using MailMaestro is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within thirty (30) days or such other time period as may be agreed upon with the client.
In order to continually improve the functionality of our plug-in, Maestro Labs does retain usage data for a period of five (5) years. This data does not contain any email content or headers, but rather is limited to the email addresses of users.
MailMaestro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
By using the MailMaestro Chrome Extension, users acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, please do not use or install the MailMaestro Chrome extension.
The content of the emails drafted using MailMaestro through the Chrome Extension is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within thirty (30) days or such other time period as may be agreed upon with the client.
Our Chrome Extension may collect and use the following information:

● Financial and Payment Information: Data related to financial transactions or payments related to Maestro Labs.

1. Improve the MailMaestro Chrome extension's functionality.
2. Analyze usage patterns to better understand user preferences.

We do not reveal your personal data to non- Maestro Labs persons or businesses for their independent use unless: (1) you request or authorize it; (2) the information is provided to comply with the law (for example, compelled by law enforcement to comply with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order), enforce an agreement we have with you, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of our employees or others; (3) to address emergencies or acts of God; or (4) to address disputes, claims, or to persons demonstrating legal authority to act on your behalf. We may gather aggregated data about our services and website visitors and disclose the results of such aggregated (but not personally identifiable) information to our partners, service providers, advertisers, and/or other third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
The Maestro Labs website connects with LinkedIn. If you choose to share information from the Maestro Labs website through that service, you should review the privacy policy of that service. In order to perform our services, we securely share anonymized email threads and user instructions with third-party AI models. This sharing is essential for our service functionality. We strive to ensure that all data is anonymized to securely protected for your privacy. Our efforts in using this data are primarily aimed at service provision, and we endeavor to adhere to privacy standards.
Maestro Labs has its headquarters in Singapore but our databases are located in the United States. Information we collect about you will be processed in the United States. By using Maestro Labs’ services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor received a finding of “adequacy” from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. Pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR, Maestro Labs is providing for appropriate safeguards by entering binding, standard data protection clauses, enforceable by data subjects in the EEA and the UK. These clauses have been enhanced based on the guidance of the European Data Protection Board and will be updated when the new draft model clauses are approved.
Depending on the circumstance, Maestro Labs also collects and transfers to the U.S. personal data with consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of Maestro Labs in a manner that does not outweigh your rights and freedoms. Maestro Labs endeavors to apply suitable safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal data and to use it only consistent with your relationship with Maestro Labs and the practices described in this Privacy Statement. Maestro Labs also enters into data processing agreements and model clauses with its vendors whenever feasible and appropriate. Since it was founded, Maestro Labs has received zero government requests for information.

Your personal data is stored by the Maestro Labs on its servers, and on the servers of the cloudbased database management services the Maestro Labs engages, located in the United States. The Maestro Labs retains service data for the duration of the customer’s business relationship with the Maestro Labs and for a period of time thereafter, to analyze the data for Maestro Labs’ own operations, and for historical and archiving purposes associated with Maestro Labs’ services. Maestro Labs retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Maestro Labs systems.
All personal data that Maestro Labs controls may be deleted upon verified request from Data Subjects or their authorized agents.
