How to use the Recipient box:
To get started, simply launch MailMaestro from your ribbon and choose either 'Improve', 'Compose' or 'Templates'. You'll see the recipient box prominently placed at the top.
Why fill the Recipient box:
As great as MailMaestro is, it can’t read your mind. That is why it’s always important to specify the recipient or recipients you’re writing to. To ensure you always specify your recipients, we've added this recipient box for your convenience. Fill it with any number of names, in your preferred format. Doing so helps MailMaestro accurately identify who you're addressing, enabling it to adjust tone and language for a more personalized touch.

The recipient box is your ally in sending personalized, engaging, and effective emails effortlessly. Since this is the first iteration of the feature, we're eager to enhance it based on your invaluable feedback.
