Effective email management is key to productivity. MailMaestro's Reminders feature boosts your efficiency by organizing your inbox smartly.

This feature temporarily hides emails until the time you've set for a reminder. The email reappears only when necessary, making it easier to respond promptly without cluttering your inbox.

How to use "Set Reminders" in MailMaestro:

Step 1: Open MailMaestro in Outlook.

Step 2: Look for the "Remind me" button. You'll find it at the bottom of the MailMaestro screen.

Step 3: Click the "Remind me" arrow down button, and then the system will prompt you to choose a time and date for the reminder.

Step 4: Set the suitable time and date.

Upon setting the reminder, the chosen email will be hidden from your inbox (moved temporarily to the '⏰ MailMaestro' folder). It will reappear at the exactly set time, allowing you to respond or follow through as necessary.

Unlike Outlook's basic Snooze function, MailMaestro’s version is more advanced with easy (free-text) date inputs and a one-click experience. This upgrade adds great value over the default Outlook. It will make your workflow more efficient.
