The sign-off and signature feature in MailMaestro allows you to add a customized ending to your emails, ensuring your emails always end on the perfect note!
Here's a quick guide:
Access the feature through Settings > Sign off and signature.
Choose the language you'll use for your emails. If you’re writing in multiple languages, set up your preferences for one language and save. Then, click on “Add new” to establish preferences for each additional language you plan to use. This step ensures your sign-off and signature are appropriate for the language of each email.
For both sign-off and signature, you’ll have three options to choose from:
Let AI generate - When you select this option, MailMaestro automatically creates a unique sign-off or signature for each email you generate. Every email will therefore have a different sign-off or signature.
Create my own - Write your own sign-off or signature. This will remain consistent in all your emails.
Don’t include - Choose not to include a sign-off or signature, particularly useful if you already have one in Outlook.
