Creating and sending similar emails has never been easier or more efficient than with MailMaestro's Magic Template Builder. This feature offers both "static" and "magic" options for saving emails. While the static option maintains your email as originally saved, the magic option allows our AI to dynamically change your email each time it's accessed based on your input.
Here's how you can utilize this feature:
Access the template builder: Click on the Magic Templates icon in your MailMaestro sidebar. Then, select Create a template at the bottom of the sidebar to open the Magic Template builder window.
Prepare your email template: Use the space on the left to type or paste the email that you want to create a template for.
Identify variables: Determine which details in the email will need changing for each send. We call these changing parts "variables." Common variables may include the recipient's name or specific details relevant to the email content.
Select the type of template you want to create: Next to the save button, you'll find a toggle to choose between static or magic. Select Static if you want the email you've input to stay the same, with only the variables, like names or specific details, being altered.
Alternatively, choose Magic if you'd like MailMaestro to generate three variations of your email, each rewritten according to your desired tone, language, and length.
Manage your templates: You can modify or delete your template by clicking the three dots next to it.

Creating Static templates:
Set the toggle next to the save button to Static.
Delete the current text of your first variable and replace it with the appropriate variable name from the list on the right, or create a new one if needed.
Repeat the process for each variable in your email.
Provide a name for your template and click Save template.
To use your saved template, simply select its name from the list, fill in the variable fields with the new details, and MailMaestro will generate the exact same email, now updated with the new information.
Creating Magic templates:
Set the toggle to Magic.
Replace the text for each variable as you did with the Static option.

Finally, name your template and click Save template.
